All orders placed by customers with Javed Quality Halal Meat and all sales of goods by Javed Quality Halal Meat are subject to the Terms and Conditions below.
Javed Quality Halal Meat reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations will apply to orders received after that time.
Orders submitted shall not be deemed accepted by Javed Quality Halal Meat until confirmed by the Javed Quality Halal Meat Order Confirmation notification (e-mail).
Javed Quality Halal Meat reserves the right to alter the price of goods at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in cost to Javed Quality Halal Meat, any change in delivery details or quantities, or any delay caused by the customer.
Payment can be made by any method specified on the Sage Pay Checkout page of our website. Javed Quality Halal Meat will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but Javed Quality Halal Meat cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Payment of the total order price, together with the delivery charge, will be debited from the customer’s account after the Javed Quality Halal Meat Order Confirmation notification has been sent to the customer, but prior to the goods being delivered.
If the customer’s card issuer fails to make any payment of the price or any delivery charge on behalf of the customer, Javed Quality Halal Meat shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.
Missing or Damaged Items
All parcels must be checked by customers prior to signing the delivery note (unless customers have given special instructions that goods can be left in a secure location unsigned for). If there is any damage to the goods or if items are missing, this must be stated on the delivery note where possible and must reported to Javed Quality Halal Meat within 3 days of the date of delivery. If notification is not made within 3-days of the date of delivery, Javed Quality Halal Meat will not be able to make a claim with the courier/delivery company.

Javed Quality Halal Meat may disclose your information to anyone to whom Javed Quality Halal Meat transfers or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with the customer, and/or if Javed Quality Halal Meat has a duty to do so or if the Law allows us to do so.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery or if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until Javed Quality Halal Meat has received in full the total order price and delivery charge.
Until such time as the goods passes to the customer, Javed Quality Halal Meat shall be entitled at any time to require the customer to deliver up the goods to Javed Quality Halal Meat.
The customer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of Javed Quality Halal Meat. If the customer does so, all monies owing by the customer to Javed Quality Halal Meat shall become due and payable.
Customer’s Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your contract with Javed Quality Halal Meat at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must give written notice to Javed Quality Halal Meat.
If you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Javed Quality Halal Meats’ premises at your own cost. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and with the order number enclosed. You must ensure that goods are not damaged while on your premises or in transit.
Once you have notified Javed Quality Halal Meat that you are cancelling the contract, Javed Quality Halal Meat will refund or recredit you within 30-days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card.
If you do not return the goods as directed, Javed Quality Halal Meat may charge you for the cost of recovering the goods.
